Navigation
The sidebar has four main sections:| Section | What’s here |

| Account | Profile, integrations, team members, and settings |
Media tab
The Media tab shows every file in your library. You can:- Upload new files by clicking Upload or dragging files onto the page
- Search by name or filter by type (video, image, audio, web, monitor, calendar)
- Tag items with custom labels for easier organization
- Select multiple items using the checkbox on each card for bulk actions (delete, move, tag)
- Click any item to open its detail panel and edit metadata, add pause points, set in/out markers, or view where it’s used
Playlists tab
The Playlists tab lists all your playlists, optionally grouped into folders. You can:- Create a new playlist or group
- Drag items between groups to reorganize
- Click a playlist to open the playlist editor
- Share a read-only preview link for stakeholder review
Feeds tab
The Feeds tab shows every feed in your account. From here you can:- Create a new feed
- See the Feed ID for each feed (used by Apple TVs to connect)
- Click a feed to open the feed editor and manage its playlists, schedule, and settings
Account menu
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner to access:- Team members — invite and manage collaborators
- Integrations — connect Canva, Planning Center, Google Calendar
- Settings — choose your Drive folder, timezone, and notification preferences
- Sign out / Delete account
Quick actions
Anywhere in the dashboard, you can use the + button in the top-right corner to quickly:- Upload media
- Create a playlist
- Create a feed
