# Canva

> Import your Canva designs directly into LightLoop — no exporting or re-uploading needed.

If your team creates slides, announcements, or graphics in Canva (and why wouldn't you with [FREE Canva for Teams](https://www.canva.com/canva-for-nonprofits/)?), you can import them directly into LightLoop without downloading and re-uploading.

## Importing a design

Your first Canva import attempt will prompt you to connect your Canva account.

1. In LightLoop's Media library, click **Import → Browse Canva**
2. Browse and search your Canva workspace — designs appear in a grid
3. Select one or more design(s)
4. Choose the import format for each: **Image** or **Video** (multi-page designs imported as 'Image' will be imported as multiple images)

## Import formats

| Format    | Best for                                           |
| --------- | -------------------------------------------------- |
| **Image** | Static slides, announcement graphics, title cards |
| **Video** | Animated designs, motion graphics, countdown loops |

<Tip>
  Canva's video export includes animations and transitions. If your design has animation, import as Video. Keep in mind you assign 'Pause Points' to the imported video to step through animated presentations, etc.

## Disconnecting Canva

1. Click your Settings tab → **Integrations**
2. Click **Disconnect** next to Canva

Disconnecting removes your authorization token. Previously imported Canva items remain in your library — they're stored in Google Drive like any other file.
